Do you offer curly haircuts?
As of right now, I am unable to offer single appointment haircuts. My focus is solely on dimensional color and IBE. However, If you are receiving a color service, I can offer a custom curl cut, shag, or maintenance trim. If you want ONLY a curl cut, please visit my friends at Curl Coven.

Where can I park? 

Have no fear! There is a parking lot just for us! You can park on any side of the building or behind near the dumpster. FYI: Be prepared to drive a lap around the building during high volume times.

Plug that address listed above into your GPS and it will take you straight to the building. Do NOT google search for the address. It will send you to the wrong location. There is a large elevated street sign you can see that says, “Sola Salons”.  We share a building with Orange Theory Fitness and are directly across the street from Sinema and Pancho & Lefty’s Cantina.

What if I'm late or need to cancel?​

LATE ARRIVALS:

 

Please arrive promptly to your scheduled appointment. Keep in mind Nashville traffic and parking can often lead to unexpected delays. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled to a later date. 

 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

 

I value you and your time. Because I do not over book my schedule, I reserve time specifically for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or changes to the service schedule. You will receive at least 3 appointment confirmation reminders in the week leading up to your appointment. If you opt out of text/email reminders you will no longer receive those complimentary texts.

For respect of my time and schedule, should an appointment be canceled or rescheduled without a 48-hour notice, you will be charged a $75 fee. 

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact me via text at 615-664-7570 with a 48-hour notice. I will connect with you within 48 hours to follow up. 

Should cancellations or changes to services happen more than three times, I regret that you will be prohibited from scheduling future appointments with me.

Refunds

I do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Color Adjustments

I strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact me within five days of your original appointment. Adjustments requested after five days are subject to being charged full price.

Extension Deposits

All extension deposits made upon booking all initial installation appointments are 100% nonrefundable.
